The property was clean, no bugs, and safe. The best part of this resort is the staff. Every single person I encountered was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful even outside of the normal duties. Tinah helped us book excursions and also assisted us with last minute visa needs for another country. She uses her contacts and resources to ensure our stay was comfortable and worth our time. Biban was the best bartender, perfecting my favorite drink and having it ready for me anytime I asked. He became a wonderful friend during our stay. Our driver Fiacre was the best guide and driver and went above and beyond to show us the wonderful country of Rwanda. He takes the most amazing pictures and videos and will stop to take pictures for you at any beautiful place you’d like. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Onomo Hotel, so much so, I am bringing friends with me in a few months.

Onomo , Onomo , Onomo🥰🤔Onomo was good for us. Customer service is at the top,from security at the gate to every bit of the hotel, Alice at the reception made our stay more comfortable. The food is yummy, comfy, cozy rooms, very clean environment, lovely views. I surely recommend it and shall come back again and again.

The hotel is located in a very serene environment with free breakfast, and friendly staff. The room is clean and comfortable with clean sheets. The wifi is quite effective. I especially loved the tasty and hot chili pepper served with meals. I enjoyed my stay and hope to be there again.

The rooms are clean, tidy, and neatly decorated, very spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet and dinner were delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Murtala

ONOMO hotel Kigali far exceeded my expectations. I came with a bias from the ONOMO Uganda experience which was not very great, but the Kigali one, exceptional service, great customer care, great food (breakfast was way beyond 5 star experience).
